7/5/2011 My sales person Charlie G. and the finance Manager were very helpful & friendly. Very willing to help me get the right vehicle for me. Also when I asked for the car fax on the vehicle it was not a problem and I was given the report promptly and it was explained.

7/1/2011 I am a first time buyer, who has never financed a car before.I had a great experience at Baxter.They staff there where helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were able to get me financing for a 2010 Chey Malibu without a co-signer. Baxter was able to do more for me than any other dealership that I've visited, though I had blemished credit.My experience at Baxter was so great that I plan to vist again in the near future.I plan to tell anyone I come in counter with, that is looking for a great car buying experience that Baxter is the place to be.

6/14/2011 When we came to Baxter on Tuesday, we weren't sure we should be there but we knew what we wanted. You have an exceptional web site, so I know what to look at before arriving. When we arrived we met CHarlie and told him what we wanted. Charlie took us straight to the JEEP I had seen on the web site. We drove it immediately and fell in love. Charlie was an exceptional salesperson. He didn't pressure us he just answered our questions. We told Charlie we would be back on Saturday morning. When we arrived back on Saturday morning Charlie met us at our car. He is truely a gentleman. He will do what it takes to make the experience exceptional. I will recommend Charlie and Baxter to anyone looking for a car or Jeep. I am truely satisfied and in love with my JEEP. Thank you Charlie!!!!

6/9/2011 My first experience with this dealer was in 2010. Walked into the dealership and ran into the friendliest gentleman I have ever met and we went from there. His name was Nick Salvis. He sold me my new 2010 Jeep Liberty and a great relationship was formed. He showed me how to use my bluetooth, work all the other gadgets (all new to me)on the new Jeep. When I changed my cell phone he helped with get it all working together with the vehicle. I can't explain how helpful and friendly this gentleman is.
So guess what? I just purchased a new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee last week and only wanted Nick to work with me. His knowledge about all the vehicles is outstanding and he represents this dealership and the quality of their employees to the hilt.
I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking for a vehicle. Can't say enough about Nick and the dealership!!

6/8/2011 A bit disappointed in the length of time it took after we made the deal to get evrything done- 2 hours is too long. Also they told me that while we were meeting with everyone else car would be detailed- it was not- dusty inside and out! New car should be spotless when you drive it off the lot!

5/22/2011 We dealt with Michael Wells, he was great. We were looking at two different Town & Country Vans. We liked the Blackberry pearl color. Anyway, we were having a tough time trying to decide between the two and what the difference was between the two vehicles and one was at another dealership. Michael took the two stickers put them side by side and let us look at the difference. One had load sensing the other did not and that was one of the main reasons we choose the vehicle we did, the load sensing van was more but the ride was so much better. Michael was very patient and helped us decide and then helped us get a great deal.
We love our new 2011 Town & Country van. We have had it for a month now and really enjoy rideing in it. It rides great and has everything we wanted, from remote start to heated front seats to auto temp control. The backup camera and sensors are great as are the triangles that light up in the side mirrors when there is traffic in your blind spot. It is truely a family and safety oriented vehicle. The service department is another reason for us buying our car at Baxter. We had a really great experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. I would also encourage anyone look to buy a new car and wanted to know which salesman to talk to that will treat you with respect to ask for Michael Wells.
